In a nutshell, Keyholding and Alarm Response is where W.R.S Services will securely hold your commercial or residential keys allowing us to respond to any threats whenever the need arises. All keys are securely logged and stored in line with BS7984, giving you added peace of mind.
Keyholding & Alarm Response services start from as little as £1.00 per day and give maximum assurance that when your alarm is activated, an experienced fully trained and licence Security Response Team will carry out a full external and internal inspection to ensure that your property is safe and secure. W.R.S Services offer s bespoke keyholding service as many companies operations are different, along with this we are able to offer a daily open and close service on site if required.
Out of hours and Alarm Response
W.R.S Services Alarm Response and Keyholding Service removes both risk and inconvenience of clients having to respond to out of hours activations. The alarm response service can be linked to any device capable of sending a activation signal, whether that’s your intruder, fire or panic alarm or even directly from a alarm monitoring station reacting to events caught on monitored CCTV system.
We don’t have to hold your keys to provide alarm response services. Keys can be held at your property in a Key Safe, or you may wish for us to rendezvous with one of your staff members to respond in line with lone worker regulations. Security call outs with always be visited by a dual security team, in full uniform and wearing body worn cameras.
